Promotion code expires 10/31/2014 at 11:59 p.m.

Haha, here are my codes if anyone wants them. Just cross them off as you take them.
Used the last one, on mobile so I can't cross off! But THANK YOU!

How many codes did people use who ebbed up with the ridiculous ban? Just being nosey, don't wanna hit that magical number, lol! I've only used four so I think I'm safe!

The crazy inconsistency is one of the things that got Rouge members upset when it first came out -- people were getting banned for placing multiple orders using the only advantage that Rouge offered at the time: free shipping. I'm sure I am tempting the Banhammer with my small orders but to me it's worth the risk. Getting banned from online orders would be the boost my no-buy needs anyway. ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

This also gives me a clue that the points will not be expiring, since they seem to be scrambling to stop the free point orders. Obviously I don't think people should be getting TOO greedy but I don't see anything wrong with taking advantage of one of the rare no-minimum codes that is actually worthwhile.

I think they're putting out the same one time use codes now for 10% off:

CVM10DSR

150 pts:

CVM150PSR

Just to clarify, I think these are 1-time use for your account, but are not unique codes.

And I Just tried the +150 on a $1 point purchase and it added, so the CS reps are terrible people. These are not unique codes.

I used this code: MBTD8UT3C23K

Thank you so much! This is from the memory game right?

I played a whole bunch of times and never got this code haha. I just got the ones for different samples.

Do you work at Sephora or SiJCP? I called the nearest SiJCP and they didn't know anything about an Urban Decay perk.
SiJCP. I saw the paper that had it listed, we don't usually have that paper out so I normally wouldn't have any idea. Hmmm maybe I'm not supposed to say anything lol

Thanks for the heads up!  I'm going to try again during the VIB sale and hopefully they've switched.  I'm just curious if its going to be at the regular Sephora also.

It seems like everything we have, the regular Sephora's have. But we don't always get the ones that sephora has since it's products that we don't sell.

lol typical sephora to screw up a code on their end and then blame the customer for being greedy or whatever else they want to insinuate, and to lay out a "punishment" without even telling the customer first. It wasn't difficult to get their game to generate multiple 150 point codes within 10 minutes - I'm assuming they couldn't figure out how to put purchase minimum on so many unique codes. They should have just had a generic code for 150 points that changed daily (eg 150POINTS1, 150POINTS2, etc) that was 1 use only and had a $25 purchase minimum. But hey, they can't seem to get the 1 use only thing straightened out with other codes since some people are able to tap into a code multiple times while others are limited to one use, so that probably would've backfired and they would've thrown a banhammer around anyways.

I love that word: Banhammer.  I need to figure out how to incorporate that into a conversation with someone because I just want to say it. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

The fact that they are canceling orders is so ridiculous! I'm not sure when the memory match game started, but I went back and checked my history and since 10/3, I made 23 orders that ranged from $1 to $60. Most were less than $5. I used 150 point codes on all of them. I nearly always made one order per day, with the exception of 10/3 (2 orders) and 10/23 (3 orders). Their inconsistencies are crazy.

Yeah looks like my orders are being canceled too. Frustrating considering how it said no where in the fine print that the bonus points were for $25 min purchases.

Looks like I won't be attempting to requalify for rouge anymore :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I really wanted to take advantage on the memory match codes. But paying $5.95 shipping for a $1.00 item just seems ridiculous. So those whoever wants my 150 point code may take it: CVM150PSR

Reminder: Sephora have made all the 10% off and 150pt codes into non-unique codes, so anyone can use these.

And my $1 150pt order from yesterday shipped out. So ugh, so much in consistency :/

They are the worst for supporting any corporate decisions. I just sent this to their customer service after many rounds of unhelpful information from them.

Please have a manager call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx. I'm not going to argue through email about Sephora and their poor marketing strategies, lack of customer communications, and inability to mange a promotion.

Sephora offered a points program they could not manage and are going to penalize their customers and not notify them. I ask, Who runs a company in such an unorganized and unprofessional way?

I want my ability to order reinstated immediately. I paid for flash, and was NEVER contacted by Sephora about violated terms which were not stated on the published offer.

Your own response below does not offer any specific violation which adds to how vague and poorly managed the promotion was handled.

I expect a manager to contact me or I plan to take further action.

Regards, xxxx

Fyi, they violated their own terms since it states if orders were cancelled customer service would contact you.

IMO Sending an email telling me my order is cancelled and to contact if it was a non fraudulent order and cancelled in error and then telling me I violate their terms is one big circular reference.

I called my SiJCP and the lady I spoke to said right now they have Benefit and the next 500 pt perk is BareMinerals...maybe she wasn't looking far ahead enough.  I thought it was SiJCP exclusive...I guess I'll hold out and call every week til they have it  ^_^ /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Just received my first order to clear since my "ban", it included a .5 oz Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer in Nude, in place of a sample!?! It's awesome, even if I can't wear this color, my mom can... Could this be the elusive gift we were promised (totally kidding)
