Thank you! I knew it was wishful thinking for them to update in 2 days but a girl can dream right.

My SiJCP also took 100 pts for the FAB moisturizer. I had to call regular cs to manually fix it.
Damn! They got me on the Josie Maran Argan Oil sample. I just got off the phone with them and they credited the points back to my account.

I went and bought a skincare set today. 1 of each glam glow, ole henriksen (they said they did not have it and then I pointed to it in the picture and she found them in a drawer) and two Algenist Serums, my  mom always wants my stuff and so I got one for her.

I think it's so unprofessional that nearly 9 out of 10 times the SA seem to be unaware of either promotions or the details of the promotions.  Don't/shouldn't they have a break-room with flyers just plastered all over the place?

They really should know and the picture was right there! They also had the Philosophy at the cash register for sale for $10 but there weren't any in the display.

Actually, no, they don't. I literally go to work and there could be 100 new items and we didn't know they were coming.

Sometimes they give us training videos and sometimes they don't do it on time, or they don't do it at all. So sometimes if it's something new, we might be seeing it for the first time too. the only ones that know what is coming are OPS and my manager, and for some reason they keep it to themselves.

The first day of the bags with the 5 skincare samples, I walked into work and was like.. what the???... ok cool?

Too bad I can't just ask for 5 glam glows!

You totally can! Several people bought them like that at my location.

I was told I was not allowed to do this at my location :/

To my knowledge there is no fine print that does not allow you to choose more than one. The packaging simply states choose 5 items.

The only way to come to the max value would be a convo of algenist and ole henricksen so even that says you can get dublicates. I guess a glam glow or Peter Thomas Roth can be thrown in as an option.

Here are the values according to someone on beauty talk Algenist Retinol Firming and Lifting Serum (0.3 fl. oz.): $29.40 Boscia Tsubaki Beauty Oil (0.5 fl. oz.): $13.53 Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Liquid (0.33 fl. oz.): $2.57 First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream (1 fl. oz.): $6 GlamGlow SuperMud Clearing Treatment (0.34 fl. oz.): $19.55 GlamGlow YouthMud Tinglexfoliate Treatment (0.5 fl. oz.): $19 Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil (0.16 fl. oz.): $4.48 Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment (0.3 fl. oz.): $13.02 Murad Clarifying Cleanser (2 fl .oz.): $7.70 Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Collagen Booster (0.5 fl. oz.): $24 Peter Thomas Roth Laser Free Retexturizer Exfoliating Scrub (1 fl. oz.): $19 Philosophy Purity Made Simple One-Step Facial Cleanser (4 fl. oz.): $13.33 StriVectin TL Tightening Neck Cream (0.25 fl. oz.): $13.09 St. Tropez Everyday Gradual Tan for Body in Medium/Dark (1 fl. oz.): $4.48

My bag came to a $75.56 value. If I wasn't drowning in an avalanche of skincare, I'd go buy a second bag with 5 different samples. My store didn't have Exfolikate as an option. It's probably for the better, because for as much as I want to love the stuff it buuuuurns my skin. The Boscia oil is lovely, by the way.

Oh, that's a bummer!  Thanks for clarifying that.  I didn't mean for it to be a personal dig, there have been SA that have been terrific and very knowledgable  :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />...

Sounds like there should be a 5 minute morning meeting before the doors open each morning to update the team on the status so that everyone is in the know on the latest and greatest.

Thank you for the offer to gather a bag for me!  I appreciate it.  I've got some pressing medical issues and need to start clearing my stash.  Spinal core surgery and will br down for 4 months after that.  But I might decide to hoard a few choice products to play with when I am concious during the recovery period :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />...  and will give you a shout before popping by!

I love the JCPenny special, but I can't find about information about it. Can you please give me some url, or something? Do I need to have JCPenny card?

I got the customized skincare kit from SiJCP and got both types of GlamGlow, the PTR exfoliator, Philosophy Purity, and the Algenist sample.  They wouldn't let me double up and get two of the GlamGlows so got the Algenist with full intent to trade.

Overall I'm happy! Great deal! It would have been nice if they had slipped a sample in my bag though, I wish my SAs weren't so stingy.

It's not online, so there's no URL. No, you don't need to have the JCP card.

I didn't take it personal, it's ok. I agree, I think they should let us know in advance, but I guess they have weird company policies. I am assuming it's bc they don't want info leaking before it's supposed to. They do a touch base once in a while, like a chat in when u come in, but if they are all busy you just kinda walk into your shift not knowing what's up :/!

Sorry about your medical issues, was on the same boat a few months ago with a fracture on L1 on the transverse process. I hope you recover quickly. You will definitely need something to entertain yourself, I was in bed for 5 months.

Thanks!

Practically on my way! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

They took 100 pts for my Glamglow on the JCP bag too!  Stinkers. It didn't show up right away either, so watch your account!
