This happened to me while placing an order last week. I refreshed at least 3 times and it wouldn't fix itself so I ended up having to delete my items, sign-out of account, close browser start all over again. What a pain, especially since I was in a hurry (I think that hubby was lurking around, lol) but everything worked just fine the 2nd time around.
