This happened to me while placing an order last week. I refreshed at least 3 times and it wouldn't fix itself so I ended up having to delete my items, sign-out of account, close browser start all over again. What a pain, especially since I was in a hurry (I think that hubby was lurking around, lol) but everything worked just fine the 2nd time around.

Yea it's working now but most people trust the totals given to them at a checkout screen. It's a bad bug to have even if it happens sporadically, it creates mistrust especially when the total is higher.

Tried to get the sparkle brush set and tarte lipstick set all morning but now they are sold out. It kept saying trying again in 60 seconds. Oh well, I did pretty good.

I know right?? And it was limited edition. Already checked my Sephora @ JCP but they were sold out since last week. I really wanted Black Dahlia the most out of the four so I might buy a full size of that and then a YSL nail polish (i got my SS one with my BI GC and now my curiosity is wanting to know what its like).

I forgot to go through ebates again the other day, after just literally using them at drugstore.com, and still had the page open!  I remembered the reminder somebody posted here in response to me forgetting Ebates on another order. (notice the pattern here? LOL)

Anyways, right after I got order confirmation at Sephora, I went to Ebates and opened a tracking ticket, expecting to have to go back and submit info to get the credit.  But I logged into Ebates this morning, and it went through on its own!  So I guess if you do it quick enough you might not have to file their little help thing to get your credit.

It's 11:59 pst on January 1st, so you'll still be able to take advantage of the sale and start spending for the new year.

is there a chance anyone on here bought the Kat Von D spellbinding palette and decided they don't like it? i know this is a long shot lol. i really regret not buying it. i'd be willing to buy it or trade for it. i will obviously take a used one. i have the Sephora Pantone Colors of Nature palette UNUSED, I can trade that or i have a billion other things i can trade lol. ORRRRR if anyone else is interested in the Pantone palette let me know, its just sitting there. I have my own and its beautiful.
