Thank you so much! I was pretty happy, I've been meaning to try Black Honey for a while! Also in other news Sephora is really getting on my nerves. I order the Naked 3 palette the night it went live and it was supposed to be delivered today (what is this supposed 2 days shipping for Rouge? I call bull). Regardless in addition to Sephora's delay in shipping it out we've had some bad cold weather in TX and now my package is trapped in Mesquite (I live in Austin), and it was only updated tonight. Hopefully it comes in tomorrow. I ordered the Guerlain Meteorites from the website and when they arrived yesterday the outer cardboard box (not the tin) was CRUSHED. In addition the pearls looked heavily jostled and there were broken ones! I hoard the Meteorite pearls and have most of the limited edition ones. I used Teint Beige (02) for a daily luminizer and I have never EVER received a package with broken pearls. That's just not okay. I took it in and exchanged it.

Got my order with the suspense bag today. Super disappointed. I got a single-use card of too faced shadow insurance primer, foil of shiseido spf lotion, foils of clinique acne solutions cleanser and liquid makeup (I guess these count as one), tiny bottle of stay dont stray primer and the clinique mens face scrub. I already have the too faced primer and about 3 or 4 of the stay dont stray minis that I have received as free samples or gwp. On the bright side, they sent me an extra sample in addition to my 3 free samples--a little box with 3 art of shaving foil sample packets. I was needing to get small items to put in my hubbys stocking so I got a couple things for that...but nothing good for me. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I wish I would have just used another code. Oh well.

The worst they could say is No! lol. But seriously, they should let you exchange it, they never give me any grief at my SiJCPs. Bring your packing slip just in case they let you do a real return/exchange, not just a w/o receipt one (They usually, with me, counted it as a return w/o receipt, but one sales girl put in some code or something since I had the packing receipt so it didn't count against me, so maybe you'll get lucky)

Haha, true true. Especially not so big of a deal since you got it for cheap- but still, it's the principle of the thing!

THANKS! i FINALLY bought it. this is my HG foundation ever since i was in high school for special occasions/when i know theres gonna be a camera around and i care . i never bought it because i felt like it was WAAY too expensive and i always just took samples from sephora.

Yep! We're in the same boat. I called UPS and they said most likely for me it will arrive tomorrow. It should be delivered to you by Friday since Brownsville is further than Austin. Hopefully we both get ours ASAP!

Usually if something really bad has happened (like the package has been damaged) it'll say so at the bottom of the page- "Package damaged" or "adverse weather conditions" -since it doesn't, it probably just got sent to the wrong hub/in the wrong direction and they're course-correcting? It's annoying, but a girl on Sephora's boards mentioned how this happened to her (except her package was damaged and said so) so she missed out on the promo she had entered, the mini Dior lipstick, since they're now OOS. So, it could be way worse! UPS is swamped as heck and they push the drivers/employees to get an absurd number of packages delivered per day, so things like this happen because of it. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I'm sorry!
