This may be a really dumb question, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to add my "birthday gift" to my cart! I received the email 11/26, click the link, and nothing happens! It just brings me to Sephora.com. My birthday isn't until Monday, so it shouldn't have expired by now. Can someone help me out?? Haha. Thanks.

I THINK if you go to the rewards boutique, it's all the way at the bottom.

So, my mom sent me her $15 off $50 gc. Can it still be used on orders that aren't $50? When I tried to use it on a less expensive order it said that there was no value. Anyone know how to work around that?

Hmm that's weird! Mine is $15 and it works on orders under $50. 

It works fine if the order is over $50?

Eeeek. I think that same thing happened to @Tiffany27la when she got her card #, if I remember correctly!

I'd say to just call but I wonder if they'd be weird about it since it's not the card linked to your account.

Soooo, apparently I are a dumb dumb. When I was copy and pasting the card number from the email it kept cutting off the last three digits. I just used it and got the SUSPENSE code, the UD black market set, shower gel cap and 3 samples for $11.25 Oh BTW, the black market set is on clearance for $24! Badda-bing-badda-boom!

Also, the black market set ships free with the code HOLIDAYSHIP so if someone is looking for a cheap gift that can ship for free and wasn't planning on using another code. That's an excellent way to buy it.

Grab it! It was such an awesome deal. I can't wait for the desperation eyeliner. I'm not normally an eyeliner pencil user but I couldn't pass this up for the price.

@normajean2008 I would love to hear a review of the REN rose cleansing balm after you start using it — I have been thinking about picking it up. I have had my eyes on the rose serum, too. I got a sampler of some of REN's Moroccan Rose products at Nordstrom for my birthday and I LOVE them. Definitely check out that line if you like REN and rose scents. Sephora doesn't carry any of the sets, unfortunately.

Ebates tip:

If you forget to use ebates, don't fret! So you've made your purchase and realized you didn't use ebates, just go ahead and open a tracking ticket for the website.  That tracking ticket will be saved to your account (you can view your past tickets by going to My Account > Tracking Tickets).  After a few days have passed (like 3 or 4), go to the "Help" tab in the main navigation panel and click "Where's my Cash Back?" under the Top 5 Questions panel. Here you will have a form to complete, and you fill in the store, the date of purchase, and a copy/paste of the text of the confirmation email.  Your tracking ticket will be on file with your account and that will be automatically added into the form when you say the date and website you purchased from. Within minutes, your cash back will be credited to your account. I do this ALL THE TIME and it has always worked.

The only caveat is that you must remember to open the tracking ticket the same day as the purchase -- there isn't a time stamp on the body of the confirmation email, so as long as it is the same date you will have no problem getting your cash back.

Stupid question. Just became a BI a couple months ago and I am $30 away from VIB. I want to order a Clarisonic, but not sure when everything resets with Sephora. Do I need to just need to do a small order before Jan. 1st or do I have a full 12 months from my start date to get Rouge? Hope this post isn't confusing.
