I was able to get my order in, thank you for the notice @lovepink!!!
I had to call to place my order because I NEVER received my VIBR $20 card so they had to enter it in for me. She put me on hold a couple of times during the order and I was so afraid it would sell out before she could get my order in. She wouldn't let me use my Welcome VIB 10% off either, womp womp. But soooo happy to finally get it!!

Got one! LOL, yep $29.61 after my 10% and $20 credit. Plus, I tried Ebates into giving me $3.97 for it so it only cost $25.64 after taxes /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> 50% off woot woot. Definitely worth it for me.
And now, unless if Sephora is having some epic launch or sale for the rest of the year, that will hopefully be my last purchase
for a while until I work towards requalifying for VIB. No point in spending this money this late in the year.

Yep that's what CS told me on the phone. She had to remove the promo and add it back and it worked again! I just realized I missed out on my ebates though, oh well. I got it and I'm happy :-D

I remembered but had to call in my order so I missed out too. It would've made up for the tax I had to pay having it shipped in WA (I'm in AK and don't usually have to pay tax). Oh well. At least shipping was free!
