I think the "rules" are just a way to convince you to replenish faster. I saw something once that said replace pencil eyeliners every 3-6 months, I have UD liners I've had at least 3 years that still work the same, just as smooth as ever. If its been awhile I might spray with alcohol and sharpen.

One of us has to know a Sephora CS employee to get the "unofficial" rules...

My guess is that this works like CC fraud - the system flags things by analyzing patterns. I'd bet that there aren't any hard "rules" that the CSRs know.

I think you're talking about FBAGAVE. Its Agave oil treatment, not Josie Maran. Its a 2 oz bottle though, which is full size and worth $24
