!!! I didn't do it too often, but definitely grabbed a bunch of those mini nail polish sets every time they came back in stock and made a few $1-$3 impulse buys, mostly from the sale section, especially when there was something I wanted to sample in stock... I asked her if I could place another order and she said of course... But I am just so scared all of my future orders will be canceled!


That is super lame!  It's not like you just have flash either, you have ROUGE!  Does that mean nothing to them?  They shouldn't have even created that tier!  I have an order that I placed Sunday for a nails inc base coat that hasn't shipped yet but I placed an order yesterday for the Nars blush and I received shipping confirmation  on that just an hour later.  I'm getting kind of nervous about the nails inc order because it was only $3 but they keep popping in and out of stock so I pulled the trigger.

Got my second Blitz kit today with my Secret Santa order (hey, might as well get something for myself, right?)

This time I got the Festive Cheery Endurance, and I'm sad to say there were no substitutions, lol.  Scandalously named Kat Von D lippie instead of Black Honey... sigh.  Luckily, my regular SS chica said she likes neutral lipcolors so I'm throwing it in her gift along with the anti-aging UD primer potion (I have a million of the regular PP's and have no interest in trying the anti-aging so HOPEFULLY she will take it as a fun extra and not a "hey, you're old!" statement).

Totally in love with the $5 Nails Inc sets, I got one for each of my SS ladies and one for myself!  Wheee!!!!

Ask to talk to the supervisor.  This isn't any kind of explanation for why your order was cancelled.  The CS persons answer is equivalent to telling you to go F-off.  Ask the supervisor to explain the terms of use to you, and how exactly you violated them in your order that was canceled.

You clearly don't know what you did wrong, or how you can avoid whatever transgression you did in the future, so the CS person you talked to was a dribbling idiot.  

Talk to their supervisor, and tell that supervisor their name.  Ask him/her to talk to you in plain English and not beat around the bush about what the hell their problem is.

 
My sephora account also got flagged for too many small orders. Sephora is amazing and a very generous company. I am a vib rouge customer and I wasn't clear on the terms and conditions regarding what's excessive when it comes to the free shipping perk. I am under review. I'm upset because I love sephora and I spoke to supervisor. I said sorry. I didn't think it was a lot of small orders. I had placed lots of medium and a couple of big orders too. I will update on status.

 
Honestly, I'm quite shocked at the way VIB Rouge folks are being treated by Sephora. While I realize they're an abundantly large business, I don't understand why you would treat some of your most valuable customers that way. Sure, alot of people spend money at Sephora, but we're talking about Rouge, here. That, to me, is the "stamp" of a loyal customer who has money to spend and wants to spend it with your company. Personally, if I were rouge and had been flagged for too many small orders, I don't know that I would continue to be a customer. Isn't the whole point of a "no minimum" shipping to see something on sale for $3 and snatch it up without having to pay shipping or spend $50? If Sephora has a problem with "too many small orders", why do they not have a $10 minimum, or perhaps say only 5 orders under $10 per month or something? IDK. Just my two pennies. I just got VIB, so what do I know. Just kind of puts a sour taste in my mouth.

Totally agreed! If the program was a mistake, or there are problems, be transparent about it and change it or fix it. It's like they're bait-and-switching their best customers - and for what? I don't even see the endgoal here.

 
I just got the Dior Addict 500 pt gift. The picture was lousy on the site and I couldn't see what the jewelry item looked like..I think its listed as a bracelet (maybe it is?) but its necklace length (20").

You get a mini dior addict lipstick in medium pink called "dior kiss"

Maybe I'l call them on the Rouge Line to ask what the deal is with that..I suspect if enough people call and complain about it, they'll know that we loyalists are paying attention.

BTW, I was canned from shopping at beauty.com/drugstore.com and they never gave me a reason. I suspect my sin was only placing orders when I had a 20% off coupon, but they never came out and said it...

 
Does anyone know what the Rouge terms of service actually say about what is a small order and how frequently one can make one? The only perk I see to my VIBR is free shipping with no min. If we have to be afraid to use that the what else is there?

That lip color is great, I would love to try Dior products but they are so expensive and I can never justify the cost of one of their lip products. I did get a sample of that perfume before and I have absolutely no clue where it is.

 
Hi all, does anyone know when the $20 of $50 gift cards will come out?  I want to order 2 of the Stila Magnificent Metals Eyeshadows.... Vintage Black Gold and Comex Gold.  I can either wait for the $20 gift certificate, order online and get a Blitz bag and Fixit bag (2 orders), or go get them at my SIJCP Friday s I can have the shadows for an event over the weekend.  What do you all think I should do?

It's like Prime is to Amazon.  You pay $25 for a year and get free 2 day shipping, no minimum order (like $50 for free shipping all the time)

It is in Beta testing so not everyone has access to it.  You can sign up for an invite but we have yet to figure out who they offer invites to (random, by region, frequent/infrequent on line orderer etc)

Thanks! I think that would be worth it...I just started shopping at sephora last month and have reached Vib and almost rouge. Yikes! I prefer to shop online as I seem to get poor service in-store, almost like "are you going to buy something or what".
