Rudeness at the MAC counter

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at MAC or their counters, the workers are usually pretty nice. If someone did something like that to me I would probably go off on them and i'm a pretty quiet person normally. It really does give people a bad taste for a company when you have a less than savory experience with a worker.Like someone else said, if you don't like the job leave, I didn't like my job at target and ended up being rude to a rude customer so I left.
