Reallly bad hair

Okay my hair is damaged big time....from blowdrying it and using the straigtning iron...and i havent cut my hair in like 2 almost 3 years!....i only cut the tips once......and my hair is pretty bad the bottom part has all these white dots on it from the hair being broken and i have tons of split ends....and when i brush my hair small pieces come out cause that the broken ones....its bad.....what can i use to stop my hair from breaking like this?.....am i going to buy a heat protecter spray thingy....you spray it on before atraightenin it so that it doesnt burn....

Get it cut, and deeeeeeep conditioning, and lay of the heating intstruments. Protein and moisture.......BIG TIME. The things that work best when my hair is damaged are , V05 Total Care, K PAC deep reconstructor, and cera repair pro treatments.

yes! not cutting your hair is really bad and people dont notice how bad their hair looks. Like saja said just cut the bad ends no matter how much it is and deep condition it.

Im going to get it cut into layers......for a new style and so i can cut off all the damage...and i cant stay away from the heat instrumenst....my hair is wavuy urly with no style...so i have to staighten it....but imostly do that on the weekend....

I agree with the other suggestions on here. If you absolutely have to straighten your hair, use a good heat protectant. And try to do it on the lowest possible heat setting [if your straightener has different settings], so that you get the results you want, but aren't giving your hair any more heat damage than absolutely necessary.
