I'm a 15 years old girl and somehow, before my periods, I start to have breakouts ( Many pimples ) and I really don't want it because I go to school and I feel like everyone looks at me >.< Plus, I don't wear makeup, so I was wondering what I should do to avoid having pimples >.<

You are unlikely to completely avoid getting pimples, since they are mostly caused by hormones. But when I was a teenager, I used Neutrogena Acne Wash for my face and back and it was very helpful to get rid of them faster and keep them smaller. Using Witch Hazel as a toner was helpful for me, too. Try not to scrub too much and only wash your face once or twice a day so that you don't irritate your skin. As an adult, when I get pimples, I put some Drying Cream on them at night from a brand called Mario Badescu. You can buy Mario Badescu products on their web site, or at stores like Sephora or Ulta. They are a little expensive, but you only use a little, so it lasts a long time.

Thank you ^^ That was helpful =D But I saw that some of my friends rarely get pimples =o
