:scared: Hi Everybody,

For the last one month I am facing the problem of hair falling. I am very frustrated with this issue and now planning about hair transplantation but I am a bit confused about hair transplantation procedure. Some peoples tell me about side-effect of hair transplantation. Can anybody give me some useful information about Hair Transplantation.

hey! have you tried using professional products only?

I didn't have very serious problems but they helped me a lot when my hair fell, especially in springs..

Is it falling out for a reason such as alopecia? Did you give birth a few months ago... this is common for women a few month after birth. Sorry I just need more info to respond to your question?

Well it could be lots of things depending on your medical situation. About October last year my hair was thinning really bad, everyday I had clumps of hair come out in the shower and when I blow dried and brushed. I went to the doctor for testing and they said I had no medical reasons for my hair falling out and to just start eating a better diet and exercising. Well that didn't seem to work.............UNTIL I tried GNC Nourishhair vitamins. These pills really helped me out, I've noticed hardly any falling out, the texture is better and the balding spots are filling back in. Seriously please go try this, it changed my life with this hair situation. I've been taking them for about 5 months now. Please Please go try this, it's about $16 for a bottle of 120.

I would say check with a doctor first. You could have an underlying medical condition that's causing your hair to fall out like anemia or hypothyroidism. I found out I was anemic and this was one of the reason my hair was breaking so easily. I needed iron.

check with your doctor!! I can tell you about hair transplants. My friend was in a horrific car accident and she had to get hair implants. Their quite exspensive, but money from a law suite they filed against the driver paid for that and more.

Hi Michelle,

Six months ago my younger brother also faced the same kind of problem. But after hair transplantation procedure he had quite satisfied with the results. When he was facing this problem he was also very frustrated but after going through some informative sites. He acquired enough information to decide on the various hair transplantation procedures.

Hi Michelle:

Concerning hair transplantation, a piece of skin is removed and the follicles are removed and transplanted into the balding area. i dont know alot about you, but these are some example of people that are not good candidates:

*patients ages 18-25

* women, because if they have diffuse thinning

*scalp laxity, the tighter the scalp, the harder it is to do.

I would suggest though finding a doctor to consult with so you can weigh your options. It is painful at first, but the results are lasting!

One year ago my wife also faced the same kind of problem. But after hair restoration surgery we are quite happy with the results. Side effects of hair restoration surgery are relatively minor. But you want more information about side effect of hair restoration. I suggest you a site which provides a detailed information on natural hair restoration.
