I was born with light brown hair and tan skin. Over the years and as I got older, my hair became a bit darker and my skin became lighter. I am not overly pale, but very white with medium brown hair - light brown hair, whichever. Well, since I am so fair, I think I'd look better with lighter hair (which I have tried in the past and it looked great) however, my eyebrows are light/medium brown and blonde hair and brown brows don't exactly go together.

I could easily dye my eyebrows, right? But I was wondering what you thought about fair skin and brown hair.

Opinions?

Instead of dying your lashes, try tinting them first. It isn't permanent and it will give you a good idea on whether or not you like the color of your brows.

you can tint your brows or bleach them lighter, I don't recommend doing that yourself though. Go to a pro.

Brown hair can look really pretty on fair skined people. What colour are your eyes? If they're blue, dark brown hair will make them POP, don't worry about being too pale though, I bet you look great

They are hazel. I always just kind of assumed lighter hair made lighter skinned people look less sick!

try using facial beaching cream i just tried this lastnight and it works great be carefull not to leave it on to long try less than 5 minutes first

I have very pale skin and quite dark brown hair. I think it looks sexy. I think the opposite - that pale hair and pale skin can wash you out! of course, it depends on the shade and the exact colour of your skin.

I guess what im trying to say is, of course pale hair and skin can look awesome, but so can pale skin with dark hair. I agree with bec. If you want to change the colour of your eyebrows, definately go to a proffessional

Oh yeah, def. pale hair and skin can wash you out!

I have pale skin with pink undertones, I wear the fairest in all makeup shades. 2nd to lightest in mineral makeup is usually okay and just makes me look more lively. The fairest is just an exact skintone match. I am not Michael Jackson pale, but just very fair ;]

When I was a Sophomore in HS, I dyed my hair Caramel with light blonde in it. Everyone loved it on me. It was a bit shocking as I never saw myself with such light hair, but it looked okay to me after a while.

I have also had honey blonde highlights - I was thinking dying my hair honey blonde as well. But since I am fair, I don't know if a honey color would be the best course of action. But it's blonde...just not "let's make you look like a corpse" blonde.

I am naturally pale with blonde hair and dark eyebrows. lol. I know a lot of blondes that look like that naturally as well. I don't feel like I look washed out at all. But I guess it all depends on the shade of your hair...

If you would rather stick with the dark hair, that's a great look as well!

i have fair skin and dark brown hair. Green eyes. I also dont hold my color as well as my brother and mother who have olive undertones. Im like my dad we burn more than we tan. I do have color just not as much as most people in florida. Back to topic though. I love the combination of dark hair and light skin it looks very exotic/unique.

I love the look of brown hair with light skin...some people look AMAZING with it...like Renee Zellwegger (sp!) and Rachel McAdams. I guess it kind of depends on the color of your eyes as well.

I don't know why some people can or can't pull it off!

Wow ur lucky to be born with such beautiful hair. I recently just dyed miy hair a golden brown and i have tannish-like skin. Usually would recommend a dark auburn for your skin type. Being that you have very fair skin, you want a color to bring out the natural hues in your face to make it seems as if you "glow" all the time. For example: Kirsten Dunst in Spiderman. She exemplifies red hair and fair skin very well.

I have very fair skin as well, but I'm more yellowish toned than pink. My hair is naturally a light golden brown and I have hazel-ish eyes, I guess [brown-green]. I can pull off anything from dark mahogany brown to dark golden blonde with my skin tone. Red looks especially good, I think. My guess is you'd probably look fine with darker hair as well as lighter.

If you decide to go more blonde and want to lighten your brows, you can do that easily with facial creme bleach, or so I've heard [never tried it myself]. I think a honey blonde would look good on you, especially for summer
