Ok I need help with my hair! for halloween

am going to a huge halloween party to night and i need to do my hair. this is what my outift looks like

i thought it would would be cool to do a 20's or 40's hair stly but i cant find any thing to do can you guys help me?

Sure, why dont you use some hot rollers or a big barrel curling iron and do a flip? While you hair is damp, comb some gel or styling cream. Blow dry, completely. If you just have normal rollers put them in and blast them with heat from your blow dryer then let them sit for quite a while. Use a lot of hairspray. You could tease the top of your hair then run a brush or comb over the top to smooth it out.
