Yes,the stuff that comes in a box from walmart.Here's my situtation...

I have red hair I dyed about six or seven months ago,the roots are showing a bit but I'm fine with that.My hair is basically fly away,frizz and wave naturally.Now,I've heard that it can cause not just a little hair loss but balding.But I've read some positive stuff and that Oglive is the leading hair curling/straightening product.

I'd use a hair straightener but...all that heat and money.I don't trust Conair,Revlon or Hot Tool cheap brands for the life of me.So,yeah,some down-to-earth,experienced advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well, IMO, you need a high grade flat iron, if you dont want to use chemicals. If you dont want to use heat, I would suggest Straight Sexy Hair Smooth and Seal Foam, if you dont want to go high end, Sunsilk anti-poof, or Sunsilk straighten up.

my hair is also frizzy/wavy w/ a lot of flyaways--i find that if i use a straightening creme right after i towel dry my hair then flat iron it once its completely dry, it helps a lot. i usually use loreal hot straight on my hair after i shower. w/ flat irons, the first one i bought was a kenta brand and it was awesome except that because it was just the metal plates, it tended to burn my hair if left on too long. after using the kenta until it broke (heh) i bought another flat iron which was a recca brand w/ ceramic plates. its also digital so it shows u what temp its heating up to and it gets hot REALLY FAST. i LOVE it. i think anything w/ ceramic plates actually works better because it doesnt burn the hair like the metal plates do and i find it leaves my hair silkier. i usually finish up w/ paul mitchell super skinny serum on my ends to keep it shiny and smooth. hope this helps!
