New Trends in Hair Color? Pastels… Wella!

Hey ladies…

I know you probably all saw this trend hitting the runways at NY Fashion Week… Wella master colorist Eva Scrivo is on the forefront of this new trend in hair that combines dip-dyed tones and natural color. What do you all think?

The look is appearing on celebs from Kelly Osbourne to Ashley Olsen and Lady Gaga, I have photos, but I’m unable to embed them here… so let me know if you want to check them out or know more about this great trend!

Uhhmmmm....wella is a little late on the trend...Matrix launched Colour Sync sheer pastels almost 2 years ago...wella clearly has some catching up to do.

They were taken at NYFW at the Cynthia Rowley show (Wella colorists worked on this).

I guess Wella might not be the first to show this style, but they're definitely heading up the new wave of this trend.

What do y'all think? I think it could be a fun summer look...

I like it! I don't think I'd like to see a full head in light pink or blue or orange, but a few streaks of the color is nice. That's fab...since you're from Wella, i believe the new trend is being pioneered . besides, I have known eva to do most, if not all, professional care through Wella.

I like a head full of purple hair. I saw the pale lavender hair on Kelly Osborne. I don't like her so the hair was not really something that called out to me anyways.

They don't look anything different from non-pastel colors imo. But they're pretty cool.

I love The thought of blue hair (i want so bad) , purples & reds mixed into hair is different & when done right can look ggorgeous......However IMO those pics shown on the wella site given look well not done so right the hair looks messy & dull and just not apealing to me!!!!!
