Yay! My coworker Christy dyed my hair using Chi hair color with a red additive for the top and wow is it colorful! I wish it would last this bright for longer but I'll take what I can get!

Oh and I lightened my brows to better blend with it, but forgot the bleach was on it so they went a little lighter than I wanted, but still works... What do you think?

I will take better pics tomorrow since I am going to MAC Update and am going to straighten my now lovely red hair...and will have makeup on too, lol!

Gorgeous, Leila! I love it!

Cool color. Make sure you get a shampoo that will protect the red from coming off of your hair. Red is the hardest color to maintain.

oooohhh! i love that color on you! it reminds me of a color called egyptian plum that i loved! rich, deep burgandy! it really enhances your eyes! very nice! be sure to post more pics!

I got this John Frieda Radiant Red Stuff and the color glosser that they have, but I wonder if it is drying my scalp a little...
I have been using it every time I wash, especially the color glosser, and my scalp started to flake off in BIG pieces, not the little teeny dandruff pieces!

We'll see, otherwise I have an Aveda Color Conserve shamp, cond, and deep treat (which I LOVE!)...

Does anyone else have any other recs for a good red intensifying shamp, cond, or treatment?

That's for a definite! Love the color Leila! That's the exact color I've been trying to achieve for YEARS now! I finally gave up and decided to stick with my natural "chocolate brown with red highlights."
