I've been subbing to the tube for over 4 years now and have never had any issues. This is my favorite sub. I like all the high end anti-aging skin creams that come in it. I usually give every other tube away to my mother for her b-day and Mother's Day  and on Christmas. And we both still have a big Moroccan Oil collection! lol

I have to admit my fave product so far from the tube is the Moroccan Oil, I used it for the first time yesterday and it made my hair so shiny! I really like it.

I am a little late with this, I just signed up on Sunday, but since I know what is in there I was confident I would like everything. I will probably stick with it since it's quarterly. Ladies who are long time subscribers-are you usually pretty happy with every quarter?

I had a problem with the Dr. brandt bb cream not actually being the product in my test tube. I got a partial refund, but today I got a little box in the mail with four small samples of a dr. brandt moisturizer and a tooth whitening product, along with a hand written apology! Nice!

That's good to hear Angie! I NEVER heard back from Test Tube after I got a bottle of hair oil in my 4th quarter box last year having leaked all over the place. It's ok though because I've never really used it other than on my son's curl hair.

Wow, thanks for the update.  It's great to hear when customer service steps in and does right by the customer.  Sorry you had to get serious to get it, but I guess standing up for yourself counts for something. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  It really is a bummer when you're looking forward to something and it's not there.

I have the Dr. brandt bb cream from my tube but haven't tried it yet because I'm using my Smashbox bb cream that I ordered with the Mother's Day promo for 20% if you bought three items, I got two lipsticks and the bb cream.  My husband isn't sold on it, he likes my tinted moisturizer better because he can see the bb cream on my face and can't detect the tinted moisturizer.  I like the fact that the bb cream offers more coverage.  Maybe I just need to blend a little better?  They also sent me a sample of the light tone, I bought light/medium so maybe I'll try that.  I just can't beat having the 35 spf built in, I hate putting sunscreen on over my foundation, it smothers it and is so hot.

btw, the clutch that also came with the Mother's Day promotion from Smashbox was hilarious!  TINY, black satin, big enough for a lipstick, it looked like a fancy tampon compartment for your purse.  I put it in a little girl's gift box, I figure it's the perfect size for her make believe.

Question....If I sign up mid quarter will they send me out a testtube right away or do I have to wait for the next quarter? I'd love to get the current one if possible!   UPDATE: I email CS and they emailed me back within 10 minutes! And the answer to this questions is yes, but since it's late in the quarter some of the products might vary.  I'm signing up!

i just got mine today and it didn't have the Dr. Brandt BB which is disappointing or the perlier & elariia body cream, but it had some other kind of body wash and another perfume sample.  i'm happy with it.

I got mine last week and instead of the BB cream I got a deluxe sample of pores no more (might be the wrong name?) but you put it over areas of concern and it helps get rid of blackheads/makes pores smaller I guess. I am excited to try it! I hope I have time this weekend, I have been lucky if I feel like washing my face before falling into bed this week lol

Not necessarily. I've never noticed a correlation between what they show on their site and what's in the box. Also keep in mind they run daily giveaways so they're always promoting and talking about something.

I just randomly got mine in the mail... wasn't expecting one until next quarter. There was no BB Cream or perlier & elariia.

But overall I am pretty okay with this box. A couple things may go up for trade but I have yet to really decide

I got both of those items, LOVED the vacuum cleaner (seriously!) and hated the body wash
