Need Suggestions On Highlights, Please! =)

I'm getting my hair highlighted this friday & would sorta like a change.. I usually get blonde highlights every 2-3 months & now i think it's time for a change. Any suggestions on what i should do?? I'm posting a pic of how my hair is now.. I want to keep alot of the blonde, but im wondering if it would look right with maybe some red/brown streaks too. I also like the look of the chunks kinda coming thru underneath your hair, like Avril Lavigne's (but not pink). I would love any opinions! Thank you!
