Need opinions for haircut

i have a long face. my forehead is the widest part and it gets narrower down to my chin(triangular shaped). my hair is currently down to my bra strap with a few longer layers, but this cut just makes my face look longer. my boyfriend loves long hair, but i think shorter compliments me more. does anyone have a suggestion for a cut that we could both be happy with?

Maybe you could shorten your layers. Then, you're both kind of getting what you want. And if the shorter layers don't work, you can always cut more to shorten it and rid the layers.
