After daily blow drying, teasubg, and bleach....despite the wonderful products i put on to protect my hair it's still damaged. It's...I'm very lucky to have hair. When I comb my hair I look like I just got a haircut with all the broekn strands that cover me. So we're going to start out slow and give up the blow dryer this week. Ideally the plan is no blow dryer until cold weather demands it or a special occasion. I'm not giving up my color so this is the next best thing. Wish me luck!

Good luck. I seldom blow dry my hair. I don't do that getting ready for work ...I need that extra 15min of sleep

I do have a hair dryer that blows cool, warm or hot air so I don't have to apply heat if I don't want. I bought it so I can use it on my daughter too... and it has a retractable cord so how can I resist?

15n minutes?! the world would be a much safer place if i only spent 15 minutes on my hair

the fight for volume is an up hill in a snowstorm battle... *sigh*

Volume ? What is that ? I have so little volume if my hair isn't stuck to my roots i call it volume

I use a volumising shampoo and a volumising spray (i wash my hair every 2 days so i use it only the second day, when my hair really needs the extra boost).

If you pat it well your hair can be dry pretty quickly, mine can be fully dry under 30 minutes. I also have a blowdryer that blows cool air, it gives your hair a little shine and it feels so good when your blow it on your roots

so based on hairs peformance today...i have to blow dry my hair for work. I work at a salon..I kinda have to have good hair. But days off hair will so be air drying. *sigh*

I have been giving my hair a break from heat too. I like to put my hair into two french braids like pigtails and sleep on it. When I wake up i let the braids out and it looks kind of cool. You might be able to make it look more polished with a hair clip or a barrette?

in the past year, i think i used the blow dryer and flat iron twice.

and am proud of that. i'm tyring to treat my hair and get it back to normal.

i usually have in braid that would last me about a months or more. if its not in braids, i just keep it naturally in curls. i add some leave-in conditioner and fructis's wax.

it working good for me, and there's a biiiiiiiiig difference in my hair.

good luck with yours

15min... I have short hair and I usually just dried the bangs so I can get the shape I wanted. The rest was left to airdry. More time to do my hair cuts in on my sleep time and mostly its just to get ready for work so I don't care so much. If I were to go out, thats a different story... I don't go out very often tho.
