MSM for hairgrowth.

Has anyone heard or use msm, or a product with msm? its suppose to keep your hair in the growing phase longer instead of sheading.

i ordered some vitamins called hairfinity. so i did some research on msm(it's really a long word), and it's some type of sulfur from the ocean. it's suppose to keep your hair in the anagen phase longer so your hair grows longer before it sheds. i think it's been working. i got my haircut and bangs last month and there growing out pretty fast. but on top of that, my hair has been shedding, but it could be from stress.
