Moisturizer Noob Seeks Recommendations!

Hi!

I'm new here but I thought this would be a great place to ask - I'm 30 (and a half 

) and I've never really moisturized before, but it's probably time to start getting serious about that.

I have "combination" skin (I think).. It's oily and gets shiny in my T-zone but the other areas can get very dry.  I have the very beginnings of fine lines, and I'm very fair-skinned and would like to keep it that way. I also live in Los Angeles, with constant sun and a ton of pollution, so those things probably factor in as well.

I'm thinking something quality, light, with SPF for daytime use.  I'd like to spend under $30, if possible, but I'm not really sure what the price range on a good product would be. I'd also like something that could be used on neck and décolletage, as I'm noticing some fine lines appearing there as well.

I like Aveeno Smart Essentials Daily Moisturizer.

It's SPF 30, feels really light. I have pretty sensitive combination skin, and I don't have any breaking out issues with this. It's a good daily moisturizer, but it's not super hydrating, so if you have very dry skin or flaking, you mightwant to look for something more intense.

You can find it at most mass retailers, and it's around 15$. =)

I actually saw this one the last time I stared blankly at the giant aisle of moisturizers in Target. I love the packaging - Putting it in a pump makes it so much easier to use. If i have to brush it on or something I just know I won't use it. Way too lazy, hah!

Whatever brand you end up finding, it won't be a pain to fit into your routine. It just takes a minute to apply, will totally become a habit quickly. =D
