Oh no! Did they give you a refund before tracking? I am wondering if those who have not received tracking yet will have the same issue and Mod Cloth will be in touch with them soon about it.

Nah, they just charged me $40 instead of $50 somehow. It was weird but I wonder if some people after me in my size even got anything.

Initially I didnt like this, but it's growing on me now. Still not sure about it though

My box is in my city, I should get it today or tomorrow!  So excited!  I hope I like at least 3 out of the 5 dresses I ordered.  Their sizing is so weird since they source clothing from all over the place.

@ i made an interesting discovery that you might notice on your FS coupon order

On regular desktop version of the modcloth website it says "Tracking will be available once the order has shipped." but on mobile view it says "Your selected shipping option does not provide tracking numbers."

At this point I'm assuming it hasn't shipped yet because it says "Pending" but I still don't really know for sure!

I just checked and mine is too grrrrr. I was hoping they would arrive before I leave town for an extended weekend but oh well. My friend is coming by to check on my cat anyway if the package does actually show up.

I guess modcloth has extended the definition of stylish surprise to not only a surprise of what you get, but when you get it lmao.

wtf modcloth?! That's insane! You would think they would at least try to make sure there's no duplicates of the same item in a single order - I'm assuming their leftover stock is just dumped in areas sorted by size, how could you manage to grab 3 of the same dress without realising (or I guess just not caring)?

I'm speaking with one of their reps right now. Yeah, 3 out of 4 dresses being identical (and the 4th one looking almost exactly like the other 3 too) is pretty crazy.

They're refunding me for the cost of the 3 dresses and I get to keep them as well. So if anyone is interested in the dress, you're in luck because I have 3 of them up for swap!

Well, poo...coming out of my lurking to show you ladies what I ended up with.  It's not a bad dress, would be nice if I had somewhere to wear it, but I don't.  I'm thinking I'll maybe wear it once for Halloween and then donate it to our thrift store.  Oh well, you win some...you lose some!

If you don't mind the fabric, I think that would be beautiful for an elegant Holiday dress! Throw a cute faux fur stole or shawl over it and Bam! Christmas Hottie!

Part of my friends order was just cancelled but the rest shipped, she thinks the cancelled portion was the accessories.

I'm starting to lose hope considering it the end of the 1-3 "processing period". If I don't hear anything from them by 7pm, then I am going to contact CC. I guess I'm just stuck checking instagram for what others got.

I talked with one of their customer service reps through the chat on the website, and he said the processing time is 3-5 business days. So hope is not lost yet!
