Hello everyone, just this year I started wearing make-up everyday. It has been okay but I am in need of some advice on how to improve my make-up. I don't know much and am having some problems with what I currently wear.
I am using this http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod1980037 as my primer since I have really red skin, so I put that on first before I apply my foundation which is http://www.lorealparisusa.com/en/Products/Makeup/Face/Foundation/Magic-Smooth-Souffle.aspx?shade=Buff-Beige
The problem is this, by the end of the day it seems most of my make up has faded off, it doesn't cover my acne every well and enhances the parts of my face that have dry skin.
Problems with my skin
- Redness
- Some dry parts in between my eyebrows and on my cheeks
- Some oily parts around my nose and my eyelids
- Some acne that needs to be covered up!
- Have light hairs on my face, people have suggested that I shave it so the makeup doesn't show it.
I am really unsure about how to hide these problems with makeup. On top of that I would really love to learn how to fake some cheek bones, I know theres a certain technique on how to do that.
Here is what I need for you guys! I need you to suggest me some new products such as
- Foundation, Concealer, Moisturizer i can use to help my dry skin, Primer and anything else I need
I would also love it if you could teach me or point me toward some tutorials on how to accomplish what I want. I am a bit overwhelmed since there are so many tutorials telling me so many different things. I apologize if this is making no sense! Thanks for your help.
