I have a hair type question. My hair is shoulder length. It's brown and pretty thick yet my hair is thin because of the bad treatment. my hair is also curly. i have big 'perfect' curls which look really nice but my hair always goes 5 cm shorter. also my hair doesn't seem to grow. i wear a pony tail every day since i can't straighten it anymore which i did for 2 years every day. i heard it's bad to wear your hair in a pony tail all the time. now i got bangs cuz i got sick of my old style and my ends just seem to break and split all the time. what hair products should i use? i live in germany but i won't have too my problems getting some products. how about tigi?

i really want my hair to grow long. :/

Sometimes your hair just will not grow past a certain point, genetics mostly. But I have heard that taking biotin (which is one of the B vitamins, I forget which one) will help your hair and nails grow faster. Maybe pick up a bottle of that at the drugstore and see what happens!! Worst case scenario, you have more vitamin B in you and the same length hair!

I wouldn't get TIGI. I would recommend Joico hair care products, the KPAK line. Check out joico.com it's for damaged hair.

If you've bad treated your hair for years they wont recover in a few days, so basically you've got to wait

Start using delicate products (I live in italy so i can't give you any good brand advice), I have pretty long and kind of curly hair and tend to avoid -chones and petrolatum, but I know every hair is different.

I don't think it's bad to keep your hair in a pony tail, I wear a braid almost all the time, in that way they get less stress and don't tie so easilly.

Also consider that if you have very damaged hair you can do almost nothing to make them be healthy again, and sometimes the only solution is to cut at least some cetimetres.

Pureology is one of the best haur lines I have used . Rusk is also good and less expensive
