i have had vacation and wants to take care of myself including my hair as well.

from last few weeks, i have been observing my hair getting thinner gradually. i need some serious and wise advice to act upon. i got long hair, i do regular conditioning and sometimes oiling as well but the only factor i may think of is straightening. This might damage my hair.

If you notice that your hair looks like its thinning, maybe you need to cut some of the length of your hair.

The longer your hair grows, the heavier it becomes. This weight may be making the hair near you scalp seem thinner.

If your straighten your hair with a blowdryer and flat iron, it will be far less damaging then if you had your hair chemically straightened.

i straight my hair with flat iron. and they are thankfully not as damaged as many other's but shine is totally gone. My natural hair color is medium brown and i guess that is the secind reason of no shine in my hair.

Do you use serum?

I have curly reddish brown hair that I flat iron.

I have to admit that my colour looks quite flat as well.

I apply serum after I've finished styling.

Serum makes my hair look a lot healthier and shiny

i do use heat protective agent before applying iron to my hair and once i done i use serum on it. But only two drops of thick serum.

Should i use more amount of it?
