I have really thin hair... and not a lot of it either. I don't know how to swim so I have been practicing... however, I've noticed that my hair has gotten really really damaged. Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this? Ah I need help real bad!!

Rub a really good conditioner in your hair and place a plastic cap over it. Then after you do this put your swimming cap over the plastic cap and make sure it's snug on their and you're hair won't get damaged! If you're a the beach and want to swim you can do the same thing just this time rub the conditioner in there without using a cap.

Always wash out the chlorine after you swim in the showers and use a good clarifying shampoo afterwards, I recommend Pantene
