each time I've had my gray roots, hi-lites and low-lites done, my hair must really be more gray these days than anything else! I'm wondering if that's why it's so straw-like looking. I do use Redken products and get regular trims etc. but, I wonder, are there some special products that should be used for "color treated gray hair" ? One MORE reason to try and age gracefully!

i love queen helene cholestorol conditioner. i put it on my hair and cover with a baggie, then sit under a heat cap for 20-30 minutes. my hair is always soft and managable! even the grays chill out for a while. you can get it at the drug store for less than $5!

I use the K Pak reconstructor for my color treated hair about once a week.
