Im a little bummed that they changed the sale requirements this evening.

Its their right as a business to choose the terms of sale, but i posted about it this morning to some GF's about being such a great deal.  Now the deal isnt as great.

I actually receveid mine yesterday!   I need to offically move to the no buy thread for sure.  the box is great and the samples are bigger than I thought.. I am not interested in the Sally Hansen nails and a few other things so pm if you want to trade stuff.

They have been having issues with the three samples. I didn't receive any with a package I got Tuesday, and when I called about it they gave me a $5 credit and apologized, saying they had a problem with the manufacturers and supply. I got my Insider box yesterday, and only one of the three free samples I chose was enclosed. I decided not to push my luck on this one--I don't want CS to think I'm a pest. Now I have a separate part of the package arriving today and I'll see then if anything's included.

Yeah, I did notice that the invoice shows entirely different samples than what I had requested, but no biggie. That happens. But I'm amazed that I'm showing a shipping date sometime next bloody week. THAT isn't what I've grown to expect from BeautyBar LOL

I got mine today, and none of the free samples were included. But, oh well. It's a lot of full-sized products for the price. The makeup items alone totally made it for me. Gosh, I cannot stand that Heidi Klum perfume, though. I absolutely love her, but that perfume is just awful to me!

While placing an order for Sample Society, my AE repeated fail to go through, I called them... they figured out that the order didn't go through because SS was attempting to ring-up a charge of $0.00 (SS charges monthly as the boxes leave) and AE does not process $0.00 charges, gave them alternate card and before hanging up I remembered to ask them about ICBB....

My CS let me know that it is still available and that she'd add that to my SS order.  She put me down for 3, took the $25 off, gave me an additional $10 to soothe the troubles  from the night before and that came to $44.44!  

Then just now, I realized that I didn't get a chance to request for samples since the samples screen doesn't come up for the CS.  I contacted them to see if they might possibly throw the samples in the last boxe that haven't left... they were not able to do that within their business process, but the CS offered a $5 credit to make up for it.  My final cost were $39 for the 3 boxes!

My boxes were delivered this evening and I am amazed at what an incredible deal it was for $25! I bought one for a gift for my beauty junkie sister and the other for me, of course! Everyone is different - I loved the perfume. I've never tried it before and was so happy that I liked it. The mascara is great and I have been meaning to replace mine for about two weeks now. The hand lotion has an unusual scent - I don't hate it but I don't love it either. I applied it to my hands and was impressed that it was not greasy at all - a good attribute in a hand cream. The Burt's Bees lip balm is already in my purse - pretty color.

To the OP: thanks for bringing this to my attention. I am able to use nearly everything in the box

I got mine today! I didn't realize that there was going to be two of the Sally Hansen nail strips that made my day lol I got one free sample; Malin + Goetz vitamin e face moisturizer. I did not pick it out but I am still happy to try it, I love face moisturizers!

They arrived this morning at 11:00 AM.   I too am amazed and knocked clear out of my flip-flops!  I like the 'Shine' and it's a good summer fragrance, it does evolve, very interesting... started out with a citrus note, now it's peach and a little powder.

The hand lotion does have an odd smell, something more then lavender very astringent scent, but maybe that's haute lavender straight from France /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />...

I've read a lot of good things about the 'Youth Code' and the three bottles will definetly be used with high appreciation, since some fine lines are surfacing.  note: L'Oreal and Lancome belong to the same Fresnch parent company and they 'Youth Code' has been compared favorable if not better to the premium priced Genifique Serum (~$70) with similar ingredients.  If anyone wants to get a packet sample of the Genifique to compare go here, I visit this site for a tiny goodie nearly everyday...        http://www.allyou.com/coupons-deals/daily-free-samples-00411000069695/free-sample-lancome-genifique-serum-00411000075033/

So the neck cream (that's an odd thing to put in there as that product is geared towards 50+ and probably a very small percentage of the subscriber base, another Strivectin product would have been better if they wanted to gain greater product and brand exposure), Maybeline eye (reviews not so favorable due to  abrassive sponge applicator and cakey consistancy) thing and the sun-screen will definetly be up for either trade or for sale on eBay.  Still not complianing, just stating observations and am very very pleased with the box!!

Yup, I've already put "lots" from these boxes up on ebay. Sell the things for cheap and pass the savings on for the things I won't be using. Feels good and keeps me from hoarding.
