Winter is coming and my hair is becoming brittle, fragile, falls out excessively, gets electrified, and is also not easy to style. What cosmetics do you recommend for daily hair care, with what composition to improve its condition?

Sounds like your hair is dry and damaged. Look for conditioning hair care products that are meant for dry and damaged hair. Avoid colouring and bleaching hair products... At least for now.

Kerastase nutritive 8h magic night serum is the best I've tried. I apply it 2-3 night a week and have never had an issue with dry hair since. I've been using it since 2020.
