I want that "just colored" body in my hair

Can anyone recommend how I can get that "just colored" body in my hair? I don't want to color my hair right now because it will fade so fast since I am in the sun alot. My roots are okay, but I don't have that body & texture that coloring your gives you. I bought the Clairol Shine Happy, but haven't read very good reviews on it so I will probably take it back. How about the John Frieda Glazes?

I like to go to Sally Beauty Supply and purchase Clairol Jazzing in Clear and it gives my hair body and shine=)

Both I guess. You now your hair just does everything right when it is just colored?

The Clairol Jazzing, do you mix it with anything?

The Clairol Jazzing is good, the clear coat, or I personally like Pantene Color Expressions. My hair is midnight black right now and It hasnt faded since using that shampoo

I bought that John F. Glaze thing and Im not sure it has done anything with the color because you have to put it on several times to deepend the results, but It has def increased the shine and softness. My hair is sooooo shiny and soft, I love it! I also got it on sale, which is good, they sell it at Target for $8, but its on sale at BigLots for $4.00.

I didnt like John friedas, it made the color look awesomer Ill admit, but it smelled like Im coloring my hair 2x a week. It has a lot of chemicals so I wont torture my hair like that. But I get what your mean

its that ultra-luxurious feel you get after coloring right? I love that feeling, but sadly I dont have recommendations for you. Check up on that Jazzing thing, I might too.

I use all pantene shampoos and conditioners. A good one to try might be Pantene Pro-V Color Revival Shampoo, and Pantene Pro-V Daily Color Enhancing Conditioner (I use Brunette expressions) and they both smell good too.
