Her Nibs
I had D cups by 8th grade and hated it. ( I still wear a D cup) My very first bra in 2nd grade was a B cup, so since second grade I've stayed in a bra for every minute of the day except showering. I've always slept with one on because it hurts to be without one. I envied my friends who could go without. Dresses were hard to fit because big ****s meant the waist and hips were always too big.
Those silicon insert (chicken cutlets) pads seem the way to go. No back aches, shoulder pain, or surgery, plus you can toss them into a drawer when you feel like being smaller up top or going bra-less.
