Next to my face, my hair is the most thing that is taken care of. Highend shampoos and conditioners: check. Ceramic hot tools when necessary: check. Quality hair products: check. Trims: check. Yet my hair is falling out more than the average person, where to the point that I feel Im gonna go bald

Guess what I found out? I usually do deep condiction treatments once a week and always slap on leavins after washing. Not any more. It seems that too much moisture actually harmed my hair. So I washed more thoroughly and didnt leave some conditioner in my hair after washing. My hair volume and density increased and it grew more!

I always thought that moisturizing your hair will keep it awesome? But I guess even that has a limit.

Very true, you can do as much damage to your hair being over moisturized as you can with it being very dry

Funny how noone mentions that lol. Everyone is so worried about the health of their hair that they forget that "Hey, you know.....your hair isnt that bad ya know

"

yeah, when it come to your hair, normally that is the truth. Kinda like those once weekly treatments, if you use them too much they dry your hair out really bad, even though you use them to keep it from drying out.

i guess everything in life requires measure

that's funny cause today when i washed my hair i just realised it wasn't that damaged after all. lol, so i've stopped putting oil on it every night.
