I got a perm, how to care for it?

Wow I actually got a perm O_O I was desperate for a change...but now I have to take care of it like a baby.

I know that I cannot wash within 48 hours...I bought a diffuser (sp?) for my blowdryer, a mousse from Paul Mitchell for styling, and schwarzkopf's bonacure's leave in conditioner.

are there any recommended shampoos and conditioners? anything else i need?

errr may seem silly, but can i use a regular brush to comb my hair? or must i use a comb or my fingers O_O

i have no idea since i've never had a perm b4 .. but i realli wanna see a pic of your perm

my friend uses a wide pick comb (detangling comb - iono what it's called) cuz her perm is realli small curls ... using a brush would make her look like a poodle
