I am getting my hair cut this Saturday. What to do?

This is a recent pic of me. I am the one with the side swept bangs.

Here is another one from a couple months ago, the one with the bangs.

And one more from this past Jan.

So I am just trying to decide what to do with it. I am open to any suggestions. I was thinking something like this...
