What are some inexpensive ways to keep hair hydrated?

Recommendations for hydrating shampoos and conditioners?

Thanks everyone

Suave Naturals Toasted Sugar and Vanilla(not all the naturals line are hydrating)

Jessicurl Deep Treatment

For deep treatments, try and use heat if you can.

i really like Clairol Herbal essences 'hello hydration' shampoo and conditioner...some of my friends are pureology hydrate addicts and even they liked the hello hydration...it has a wonderful scent too

if you have a sally beauty supply to go to, i also like the 'loreal natures theray' deep conditioning mask, it comes in a little tub

baby shampoo because it's mild then a good hydrating conditioner.. i personally like outrageous by revlon

Get a small spray bottle and mix distilled water, a few drops of essential oil, and a little conditioner. Spray your hair a few times throughout the day.
