Hi all! Here's the question I have. My mom has long (just past shoulders) super fine and straight hair with bangs. She wants to get her hair styled for my brother's wedding but doesn't know what to get done to it. I thought I'd ask all you lovely people: what would you do for mother of the groom? Pics would be great!

If her hair is naturally straight, maybe she can get curls done and then do half an updo and some twists to pull some front parts back.

if her hair is super fine and you're looking for a cut as well, maybe she should tlak to her stylist about going short. shortening your hair after a certain age can make you look a lot younger and it will help with giving her body and texture. talk to her stylist about it-- they know a lot more than i and they can actually wee and work with her hair.

*see

Well, first things first - she should be meeting with her hair stylist well in advance to discuss her options.

Here are some styles she may like:

I realize you said she has bangs, but the style below would work quite well with bangs also...

Thank you! She will be meeting with the stylist definitely, I just wanted to convince her that there is something that can be done with her hair and since I'm not very creative I was looking for ideas.

I think something half up would look nice, or a curly, not too polished looking bun or roll?

Maybe like these?
