How to reduce red skin

Hey ladies, so I have very light skin, and my face is usually pink and has some patches of discoloration. Overall , I have nice skin, the redness is my biggest issue. Are there any recommended skin care products to reduce redness? By the way, I don't use any foundation on my face, I just use concealer for some spot blemishes. Thanks!!

I use Vasanti Brighten Up Face Rejuvenator. It's a gentle exfoliating scrub with papaya and micro-crystals. It helps reduce my redness a lot, makes my skin really smooth, and I have far fewer acne breakouts since I started using it. I got a sample through Birchbox, then I bought the full-size. I've used a lot of products for my face trying to find something that works, and the Vasanti is the only thing that helps with the redness. Ever. Everything else seems to make me redder while treating my oily skin and acne.

I'm following this thread with interest as I have the same type of skin. 

I had laser for some thread veins and I believe that although the veins have disappeared, I've been left with residual purpura, especially on the side that had the biggest laser hits. 

I hope you find something that works.
