How to care my rough hair?

Hello friends,

I come here to solve my problem which is my rough hair. in all seasons it remains rough. Just, when i wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner then it looks silky and shiny for that day only and next day it becomes rough again.

And when i wash my hair, at that time hair fall is also one major problem.

Can you guys suggest me that how can i care my rough hair so that it daily looks silky and shiny and reduces the hair fall. Which shampoo and conditioner i should use?

i just don't have curly hair, but it is not straight. when i wash my hair only that day it looks straight.

try some smoothing shampoo and a great moisturizing conditioner. then some smoothing serum, like chi silk infusion, or paul mitchel super skinny. keep your hair moisturized, do a deep conditioning treatment or a hot oil treatmen.
