How long should I wait?

I recently did my hair this week..i wanted to go snd change some things about it like add more highlights ...how long do u guys think i should wait before i go and redo my hair? i was told 3-4 weeks would be good...should i just wait that amount and go back?

Honestly, wait as long as you can stand it. Do lots of conditioning treatments!

ya its true it is...im just not 100% satisfied with wut i goti dont hate it but i dont love it.. and wanted to go smewhere else bc i never get thecolor i want at my recent salong.. i can wait about a month..:sadno:

my stylist makes me wait at least 3 weeks, but would love for me to wait 5 between chemical treatments, so I agree with Cirean, wait as long as you can and condition, condition, condition while you wait.

I too am going blonde. However I pull red! So I am curently a strawberry light brown...ugh! Not a great color. Anyway i need to re-color too and it's only been a week for me! Sooooo I don't know.

I think I'll try to hit Salley's for some color. Maybe I can sneak away from the house...let me talk to hubby! thanks for the great topic. I'm glad I'm not alone in the confusion!

i kno its such a hassle...i cant wait im just gona make an appt for end of next week its realllly bothering me!...im not gona touch my hair till then just condition it ..its a good thing i trim my hair every 4-5 weeks.

Over bleaching can be really damaging. I would wait, but if you hate it - then get it re-done. Just be VERY gentle with it afterwards.

i re did my hair and am soo happy with it! its exactly what i want ... i went to a different place after 3 yrs of one place so i was pretty nervous..but it came out great will post pics!
