Atm I've got short hair above my shoulders (growing it out now lol). I've tried everything to get it to dry without a big kink sticking out at the bottom. I don't like using the straighteners to much, is there a tenique of blowdrying the hair so it can dry straightish? thanks x

I'll say blow dry with a big vent brush and emphasize on the ends, but Janelle will be able to tell you better.

I would use a flat paddle brush to get the ends straight --- works for me. Gives it that 'ironed' look, without the iron

I never figured it out, which is why I flatiron my hair straight! I tried round brushes, flat paddle brushes, drugstore-brand straightening creams (like Frizz Ease), expensive products (StraightSexyHair).... none of it worked and my hair always had the weirdest looking curls on the end! But I can get it straight with a flatiron only on medium heat!

I blowdry about halfway then blowdry the rest of the way with a round brush with the dryer on hot and high and hold it right against the brush.

I use a round brush to blow dry my hair and then run a straight iron through it.
