Hi! I'm in *love* with this hairstyle and want to try it for a wedding I'm attending this summer. The problem is, I have no idea how to make it happen... I'll be in the middle of Nowhere, MA, so I don't want to rely on a salon; are there any online tutorials about how to do 'rockabilly' hair? (FYI, I have slightly wavy hair to the middle of my back, and long, sideswept bangs.)

Thanks! (And special thanks to CosmeticCouture for posting the image !)

hmm. I've seen some videos on hair similar to this.... look for tutorials on 'victory rolls' or retro hair to get some ideas on how to do this kind of style.

One of the guys in "Stray Cats" had that style.. Less the long curls!! Lol. I've never seen anything tuts on hair like that but youtube is hugh.. Good thing is you have plenty of time to practice!! Big help I am?

Actually, it looks sort of simple... but it will require practice. Otherwise I'll be locked in my cousin's miniscule Brooklyn bathroom, my elbows knocking into everything as I make us late to leave.

I would definetly do a trial run to* make sure it works out before you attempt it for the wedding!

i know how to do victory rolls ,but the swirls in the front im lost with.thats a damn gorgeous hairstyle!!!

the curls on top are called "curly Qs"

it looks like they did victory rolls with curly Qs on top of them
