Hot oil

i bought the hot oil treatment(by alberto vo5) ... i was curious, how often should you use it?

The reccomendation is once weekly, do that and the condition of your hair will stay upkept. Sometimes with extremly damaged hair, or someone who maybe swims alot or spends alot of time in the sun may feel like that want to do it more often (every 3-5 days).

Should have mentioned that co-washers can use Hot Oil daily to clean their hair.

Dragonfly - what do you mean by co-washers?

CO washer = conditioner only washer as opposed to shampoo and conditioner.
