Herbal Essences!

I really like Herbal Essence stuff!! I am going to have to order a sample! I'll have to buy some HE stuff once I run out of all my other shampoos and conditioners.

i'm not really picky when it comes to shampoos and conditioners.

in general, most s & c's work for me. i've tried the herbal essence

line before, but only 2 or 3 of their items. they're pretty good

I saw their new stuff at Eckerd's today... I bought the Dangerously Straight - Pin Straight Shampoo & conditioner... gonna try them in a few, I'll let ya know

I seen the TV commercial a few days ago, but I haven't seen it in stores yet. I really liked the Natural Volume line, but they discontinued that. =(

I ordered my free sample for the volume line! YAY!

They were just putting up the display at Wal-Mart yesterday so I bought the hello hydration shamp. and cond. and body envy mousse. I haven't tried them yet so I'll let you know how they work. They smell great, so I'm hoping I like them. I think I will switch off with which formulas I buy if I like them because my hair is a lot like the other girls oily roots, dry ends, breakage, wavy, color treated, the whole bit. I think I'll try the curly one when I want to go wavy and the straight when I want to go straight.

I just bought the new "Color Me Happy" Herbal Essences and used it today, I like it a lot. It smells amazing and my hair was very shiny and has a lot of fullness to it. They did a good thing!

I tried it (the dangerously straight) honestly.. it really didn't do a thing to straighten it! lol I still had the same waves sprouting up as usual. The shampoo was a bit drying.. I would definitley ignore that instruction to 'repeat'... It felt like a clarifyer --- one lather and it felt kinda stripped. The conditioner wasn't bad. I used it at night, and dried my hair straight in the morning before work...but I had waves and some frizzing by the time I got to the office. So all in all ... not bad --- a basic shampoo/conditioner, but nothing that I would call 'Straight hair in a bottle". I like the HealthySexyHair better on my hair IMO.

Yep. I'll agree. I tried it tonight too and it wasn't like a miracle in a bottle or anything. It smells really nice, and my hair felt very soft afterwards, but it was still wavy [though less wavy than normal!]. I'll have to straighten it in the morning [and I was expecting to have to] but we'll have to see how it fights "humidity". Maybe it will help my hair hold straightness longer.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the new products will be a winner. My experience has been hit or miss with their hair care formulas. Fortunately their hair color products have been consistent. Thank goodness for samples!

Herbal Essence is really only good for cw and since they've discontinued my favorite conditioner, the Howefena® Protein Replenishing Conditioner, I've been looking for a replacement. I picked up a couple Hello hydration trail sizes from Target because I doubt my samples will ever come. It works for what I want it to do, between this & SunSilk Hydra TLC (loosens your curls to hang looser) I think I've found my cw conditioner.

Yep, I got my samples too. I haven't been using the dangerously straight. It doesn't really do anything for my hair. I'll give the samples a shot and see what it looks like.

I just used the herbal essences colour/highlighted hair shampoo, just because it was on the side of the bath and I wanted to try it out. The smell is gorgeous, I felt like I wanted to be one of those girls on the advert but I didn't want to scare my mum with the noises

. It lathered up really well, my hair smells nice but seems to be slighty more fuzzier than usual and I still used my leave in conditioner. x
