Ok, so I decided to buy a hood dryer finally after wanting one for quite a while now. The question is, which one? I'm not really sure which wattage is appropriate for my hair type and needs. I have coarse, thick Mulatto hair - half white/half black which grows in very tight and curly. I'll be using it mostly for a deep condition (with Dudley's DRC-28) and occasionally to dry & style (normally i just air-dry my hair). I've seen different dryers with a wattage of around 1200. Is wattage important, or are there other things to consider while searching for a dryer? I was considering "Hot Tools" or something similar. Any suggestions?
