Help a guy pick out a hairstyle

Hi everyone, I'm going to be getting my haircut soon and I want to get it quite a bit shorter this time but I'm not so sure what would look best on me.. I'm going through quite a bit of an overall image makeover (weight loss, skincare, haircare, etc) and I'm trying to look the best that I possibly can.

I was thinking 3 or 4 as it grows back out you could try the longer ones

I prefer short hair on guys but based on the pics....my choices are 2 & 4. Leaning more toward 4.
