Half Up Half Down Hair Styles for Prom

Does anyone have any idea for half up half down hair styles for prom? Im not a fan of myself with my hair completely up.. so i wanted half up half down... or i might just make my hair curly... anyone have any ideas on these two hairstyles? Pictures? anything helps... Thanks!

Well I had my hair done for a wedding not too long ago and i wore mine half upad half down. My hair is down to my butt just about and the stylist put half up in a kind of bun but loose with barrel curls and i left the rest straight

i found a couple pics of someone elses....kinda similar....but the back of my hair was straight
