Any tips on making my hair like this? all bouncy and full looking, can this be done on fine hair?

that is sexy hair. It looks like they've back-combed it and sprayed it a LOT with hairspray.. but that's my guess

I would think you could do it with some volumizing spray. Like Tinktink said i have thick hair and when it was long if I tried something like that it weighed down due to the thickness, so I would think thin would actually work better.
