my hair is bra strap length can someone please help me and tell me what I should do to make my hair longer

The best thing is to make sure you're having your hair trimmed at least every 6 to 8 weeks. That alone will help. My stylist back in GA told me brushing your hair stimulates the hair follicle promoting faster hair growth as well. Also, if you're big on styling tools and hair coloring, I'd lay off them for a while or use them less frequently. That's how I was able to finally get my hair to start growing faster/longer.

everyones hair grows a half inch every month, but what you can do to maintain healthy hair so you can see hair growth, is to trim regularly condition instead of washing every week, that way you are still washing the hair but you are also giving nutrients, sometimes shampoo can really be strong on the hair but if you really need to use shampoo like if you work out then by all means do so. also deep condition the hair with something that has protein you can also use leave in conditioners when you want to wet the hair for a wet style. try to stay away from heat like blow drying and opt for roller sets instead and minimize the use of the flat iron as much as you can those are my tips for longer hair

another thing is also massaging the scalp with the balls of your fingers so you are increasing blood flow to the hair follicle that in it self does the job they also do that process for free in most hair salons or hair spas

She means conditioner. Condition daily but only wash your hair every few days, if possible. Shampoo can be drying and can strip your hair of its natural oils. Deep condition once a week to keep your hair supple and healthy. You can blow dry and straighten your hair, but do it in moderation...once every other week isn't bad at all. You can even use a heat protectant to minimize damage. As for products, that really depends on your hair type, but I like Pantene, Aussie, and Tresemme. I've been using Tresemme's Anti-Breakage Shampoo and Conditioner to prevents splits. I'd suggest using something nourishing with vitamens. Good luck! It will grow in time!

Well from what I Have resarched:

Pills: Ultrahair nourish (afforadable and gives hair thickness) and Viviscal Pills (18 inches in a year on any hair, ehtnicity. type)

Or MtG ( go to blackhairmedia fourm.com and find abt it there)

or Wash your hair everyday or not everyday ( dont use heat, keep it in a updo when you are home) Use a good shampoo and Condiotner that makes the tangles go out and less hair comes out on the come

Drink plenty of water and massage ur scalp for 5 minutes a day ( when washing ur hair use cold water, then hot for couple of minutes > more circulation at the scalp increase growth or lay upside down from your bed for 5 minutes a day)

Oh Nexxxus Therappe and Nexxus HUmctress are good, Also I have heard Great things about Biolage Hydrating Balm and COndtioner. Aussie has some great products too- the 3 minute mircale conditoner.
